Yep. That is a Spider Tootsie Pop. Individually wrapped pair of legs. Attached pom pom head...and yes googly eyes! Two tiny googly eyes perfectly glued on. Time consuming. This mommy must have made a lot of these.

My first thought is that this kid's mom probably doesn't work and has lots of free time. Then my brain kicks in and says a kid who goes to daycare must have working parents. Darn.
Know how creative I am? I had my husband run to the store the night before Halloween to find something (he bought pre-made mini cupcakes with orange and black frosting).
I failed.
