Momma Still on the Move
My work's moving contest is in high gear (see original post here). I'm on track to meet my goal but it is draining me. I've been running about 5 times a week and my legs feel like stone. I need a break so they can recover. 2 weeks left!
I was curious to compare my daily steps on a work day vs. a stay at home mom day. I put in 7,000 more steps yesterday (a stay at home mom day) then I normally do on a work day. Playing with a toddler and running around to do errands is definitively more physically challenging then my office job.
I would like to think I would be skinnier if I was a full time SAHM. Especially since there are less donuts in my house. ;)
