Teagan and I made a jingle bell reindeer necklace (Thank you Target's $1 deal craft find!). She insisted on putting the nose between the eyeballs and and antlers  I thought she was just confused. I placed the nose correctly below the eyeballs.

Later on I overhear Teagan playing with her jingle bell necklace and the word mustache can be heard. When I came closer, I see that she moved the nose back between the eyes and the antlers and was calling the antlers a mustache. I laughed out loud.

The nose would normally go above the bell crack.

Mustache reindeer!

Teagan's Daddy grew a out his facial hair for No Shave November. Mustaches are more relevant to this little girl then antlers.

Teagan's Aunt and Uncle were married a couple of weeks ago. Teagan was a miniature bride in their wedding.

Remember the song Low by Flo Rida? "Shorty got low low low low low low"...

They played Low at the reception. Teagan thought they were saying "No no no no no no" and she would shake her pointer finger as if she was scolding someone no every time the chorus came one. I about died laughing. I wished I caught it on video.

The other day we were reading a picture book with Teagan. There was a picture of a gas station and she told us it was a "slushy."

LOL. Oops....we LOVE slushies and usually pick one up when we go to the gas station.

So gas stations are slushies.

I charge my cell phone on my nightstand. Teagan is a smart little observer and copycat. When I went to bed last night I saw this:

One play flip phone and one play smart phone, stacked neatly, ready to charge like Mommy's phone. Teagan makes me smile.

A while ago Teagan and I took the kitties to the vet.

While waiting we saw a dog like this one:

Teagan pointed and said "Monkey!" I tried to correct her and say it was a doggie. She replied "Monkey!" I attempted many more times to inform her this small furry animal was a dog, but failed. She was sure it was a monkey.

I was laughing.

A month or so ago, I put Teagan in her swim suit cover up before leaving the pool. She had just her diaper on and I caught her skin in the zipper. :( It pinched her little chest and she cried. I felt awful! She talked about it the whole car ride home.

Now every time we zip her in something, whether its her cover up, PJs, or a jacket, she tells us "don't zip the baby." She makes us laugh.

Yesterday I was unpacking a suitcase while Teagan was busy playing her bedroom. After I pulled the zipper close, I heard "Don't zip the baby" come out of her room. Hahaha. She can zone out my orders while I'm looking at her but responds to a zipper sound anywhere. She's such a little cutie.



We went to the beach with her cousins last weekend. Here are some pics. In true toddler form, she wouldn't look at the camera.

Teagan has started tattling. So far its only been about her Daddy.

The other day, her dad put something up that she wasn't suppose to play with. She came to me and repeatedly said "Dad put up" in a whinny voice. It was so hard not to laugh....okay, I did laugh. The way she pouted "Daaaaad' was too cute. This went on till she went to bed. The next morning she told me the same thing "Dad put up." She was still holding a grudge against him.

A few days later, her daddy turned off the TV. Teagan did not like this. Micky Mouse House was on.  Teagan cried to me "Dad TV off."

I like that she tattles on Dad and not me...yet. Of course I support her daddy in his parenting decisions. I bet Teagan will quickly learn tattling on Dad to me won't get her anywhere. Well, except for a few smiles and hugs.

I just had a 10 minute argument with Teagan about the name of Mickey Mouse. She calls him Mickey House and thinks I'm wrong for calling him Mickey Mouse. I like that she sticks to her opinion. There was a lot of shouting and a lot of giggles. She's so stinking cute, esp when she's wrong!

Here is Teagan over the weekend. She wanted a drink from the hose. Then like an independent almost two-year-old, she wanted to hold the hose herself. Or as Teagan says "I do it." She squirted herself in the face and giggled :)
